Linen worker is responsible for all the movement of linen throughout the building. Also responsible for the linen cuts for each day including but not limited to OR packs and every day linens(Blankets, sheets, towels, etc.)
Education,Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
- Must have knowledge as to how to use and understand pagers.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Entry level position. Experience in Linen Services, medical experience, and patient contact preferred. On the job training will be provided by the team members and the linen services staff.
