Implement robust Recruitment Metrics and maintain equilibrium between business req supply and demand while collaborating with the ops team. Use Human Cap mgmt tools, People Soft, Oracle BPM, Xpand, Siebel CRM, LMS, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
