Recruiting Specialist
We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support our recruitment efforts. This role is ideal for an early‑career professional ready to assume broader responsibilities in a fast‑paced, cross‑border business environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring decisions.
- Handle new‑hire onboarding and offboarding processes.
• 0.5–1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred (for communication with cross‑border clients).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
