We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to oversee and lead our human resources operations. Experience: 5‑10 Years

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
• Manage performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, updating practices as needed.
• Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and provide effective resolutions to maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Monitor HR metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR professional with a successful track record.
• Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Proficiency in HR management software and tools.
