• Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in data platform engineering and system administration.
  • 3+ years of Databricks administration on Azure.
  • Knowledge of PySpark, Data Vault, Delta Lake.
  • Scripting:
    Python, Bash, Power Shell, Terraform.
  • Experience with data security, audit, compliance frameworks.
  • Working with Azure Data Services, ADLS, Key Vault, Azure Dev Ops.
  • Understanding of P&C insurance data ecosystem.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Databricks Certified Associate / Professional.
  • Experience integrating Databricks with core P&C systems.
