Job Description
The candidate should have in-depth understanding on the Datacenter Infrastructure components with the industry leading technology of hybrid cloud solutions.
Responsibilities- Provide solutions on the Datacenter Exit Strategy and hybrid cloud solutions with concepts of managed cloud services, migration, automation & continuous improvements
- Contribute to the acquisition of new logos within North America on pre‑sales activities
- Good understanding of architectural knowledge of compute, storage and network in hybrid cloud environment, and understanding of migration plan, methodologies, and tools
- Complete ownership of strategizing, conceptualizing, planning, and designing RFP/RFI responses for IT Infrastructure Services Products / Technologies
- Collaborate with an internal team of Technical Architect, Specialist, delivery to ensure relevant solutions are developed for clients
- Prepare the scope of service, perform effort estimation, highlight differentiators, articulate value additions, structure service level agreements, and integrate process maps for proposals
- Support development and implementation of sales strategy
- Build a trusted group of reference‑able customers who can vouch for the client
- Ensure a smooth hand‑off of all new accounts to the account management teams
- Provide the solutions with customer perspectives and competitive intelligence to develop new vertical and horizontal solutions
- Capture and create integrated opportunities with end‑to‑end solution delivery requirements
- 10 to 15+ years of experience in Datacenter & Private Cloud solutions including IT Solutions / Bid Management / Pre‑Sales support
- History of collaborating closely and effectively with delivery, operations, and practice teams in building solutions
- Demonstrable experience of managing IT outsourcing pursuits and successfully building solutions and providing end‑to‑end pre‑sales support deals
- Global experience / mind‑set
- Expertise in Cloud, Data centers, Storage, Hosting, tool technologies
- Deep understanding of industry trends, concepts, opportunities, threats & constraints
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
