Senior Recruiter – IT, Non-IT & Leadership Hiring

We are looking for a highly experienced Enterprise Architect AI Consultant with 13+ years of expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and enterprise technology consulting. This role involves advising clients on AI strategy, designing scalable solutions, and guiding digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge with business acumen and has a proven track record of delivering AI-driven value across industries.

• Partner with executive stakeholders to define AI vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct AI maturity assessments and identify opportunities for innovation and automation.
• Advise on ethical AI practices, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
• Design and oversee implementation of AI/ML solutions tailored to client needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing models, data pipelines, and deployment strategies.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI systems in production environments.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and executive briefings on AI trends and technologies.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
• Contribute to white papers, case studies, and industry events as a subject matter expert.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and market trends.
• Mentor junior consultants and technical teams.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
• 13+ years of experience in technology consulting, with at least 5 years in AI/ML.
• Proven experience in delivering AI solutions across industries (e.g., manufacturing, finance, healthcare).
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in data strategy, MLOps, and enterprise integration.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with generative AI, LLMs, and NLP applications.
• Certifications in AI/ML or cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Machine Learning Specialty).
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and enterprise data platforms.

Must work from either Edison office or customer office for all 5 days
