• Lead design workshops with clients to gather requirements, validate solution designs, and drive consensus.
• Act as the lead architect for Salesforce implementations, responsible for overall solution design, technical architecture, and integration strategy.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.
• Design and document future‑state business processes and system configurations.
• Architect hybrid environments (on‑prem + cloud) and support lift‑and‑shift migrations or hybrid cloud designs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to prepare migration or hybrid cloud designs.
• Participate in design reviews, testing cycles, and production cutover planning.
• Facilitate discussions on complex business processes, data migration strategies, integration points, and reporting needs.
• Document workshop outcomes, design specifications, and configuration decisions thoroughly.
• Adhere to best practices in data quality, migration strategy, and reporting.

• 15+ years of hands‑on experience as an Architect, Lead Consultant, or Solution Lead.
• Deep expertise in configuring and implementing Salesforce.
• Extensive experience conducting design workshops with diverse client teams.
• Exceptional presentation, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Salesforce certifications highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
