We are seeking a highly experienced Hybrid Cloud Architect to develop comprehensive cloud strategies and design secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions across multiple platforms. The role involves evaluating cloud services, providing technical guidance, conducting workshops, and overseeing the implementation of hybrid cloud solutions to modernize legacy systems and support cloud migrations.

• Develop a comprehensive cloud strategy aligned with business goals.
• Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
• Evaluate and select cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, IBM, Nutanix, Neo Cloud, etc.) and third‑party tools.
• Architect tailored cloud solutions that meet specific client requirements, leveraging platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, private cloud, and DC solutions.
• Lead the design and implementation of proofs of concept (POCs) to validate proposed solutions.
• Guide technical solution development in engagements related to legacy modernization, migration to hybrid cloud, and engineered cloud.
• Ensure optimal performance of cloud systems through monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with IT security teams to maintain data privacy and compliance.
• Work closely with developers, Dev Sec Ops  engineers, and business analysts to deliver solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to teams on cloud best practices and stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and trends.

• 13+ years of experience with a minimum of 5 years in architecture or 10 years in engineering roles related to hybrid cloud solutions, with a proven track record of successful client engagements.
• Proficiency in at least two cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, IBM, Nutanix, Neo Cloud, etc.).
• Experience in architecting applications leveraging containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud‑native services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), hybrid/multi‑cloud, hardware OEMs, network, security, microservices, Fin Ops, iPaaS, APIs, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Knowledge of specific industry verticals (e.g., BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing).
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert). Must obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
• Understanding of Dev Ops concepts.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams effectively.

Salary range: $155,550 - $183,000 per year.
