- Help architect the future platform Elligint Health will run on, design and execute its implementation.
- Develop and maintain IaC code to create production, test, stage, and dev environments in our cloud environment.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise.
- Update configuration management code to maintain consistency across our accounts.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to facilitate routine operations, testing, deployments and other tasks.
- Craft dashboards, monitors and alerts to keep our platform running smoothly and enable quick triage of incidents.
- Help automate manual tasks to make our team, the QA team, the development team, and our company in general, more efficient.
- 5+ years of Dev Ops/SRE experience supporting a customer‑facing SaaS platform.
- Deep understanding of Dev Ops best practices, patterns and anti-patterns, with a mindset toward security.
- Experience running and maintaining production environments in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).
- Proficiency with Git, at least one IaC tool, configuration management systems, modern monitoring, logging and alerting platforms.
- Ability to write code in and debug at least one common programming language.
- Familiarity running containerized micro‑services and building docker containers.
- Strong experience with Linux.
- Someone that can work independently on a small team in a startup‑like environment.
- Bonus for experience with Fed Ramp, MySQL, PHP, AWS, Ansible, Terraform and Groovy.
- Must reside in the U.S.; we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
