SAP Solution Architect – Tata Consultancy Services – Raritan, NJ

We are seeking an experienced, strategic thinker and highly motivated SAP Solutions Partner to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving our SAP business forward by combining deep technical expertise in SAP S/4

HANA and other SAP applications with exceptional pre‑sales, customer engagement, and relationship‑building capabilities. You will be a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them navigate complex business challenges and realize the full potential of their SAP investments.

• Lead customer interactions: showcasing TCS’s strengths, capabilities, and experience.
• Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders, especially during early engagement; help and guide customers on transformation journeys; drive satisfaction through proactive communication, governance, and escalation management.
• Bring in industry and technology insights to help shape customer transformation journeys.
• Act as a liaison: bridge pre‑sales, solutioning, and delivery efforts between TCS and the customer.
• Own the solution strategy and build key parameters that are unique to the solution and customer.
• Provide strategic inputs on pricing, scoping, and risk mitigation based on the customer’s landscape.
• Identify and guide the team on proactive farming, cross‑sell, and up‑sell strategies within accounts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA and other SAP applications.
• Strong pre‑sales and customer liaison skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading CXO, SVP, and executive‑level discussions.
• Proven experience managing multi‑stakeholder engagements and large transformation pursuits.
• Ability to build and maintain customer trust.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: $142,945 – $187,806 per year.
