Position: Enterprise Architect, Generative AI COI
Location: Iselin, NJ

As a leader in digital transformation, this role is part of our Center of Innovation (COI) Pre‑Sales program focused on Generative AI, Big Data & Analytics, and Machine Learning. The Senior Enterprise Architect will design and implement enterprise‑level architecture to achieve key project objectives, reporting to the COI GenAI Practice Head.

• Lead and define enterprise architecture strategies for the Generative AI initiative, aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design solutions focused on AI, Machine Learning, Big Data & Analytics.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance project core goals.
• Provide end‑to‑end architectural solutions that meet client expectations and program deliverables.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance in the deployment of AI/ML models and applications.
• Act as a technical leader, mentoring team members and facilitating stakeholder communication.

• Strong expertise in Generative AI and enterprise‑level architecture.
• Proficiency in application development and advanced Machine Learning technologies.
• Experience in Big Data & Analytics, including data modeling and processing techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and with executive stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of architectural frameworks and best practices.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale enterprise solutions in a corporate setting.
• Ideally 10‑15 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

This role is essential to the ramp‑up and scale of Orion’s Generative AI program.
