Tata Consultancy Services, Agentic AI Engineer – Application via Way Up

This role is with Tata Consultancy Services. Way Up is partnering with Tata Consultancy Services to hire top talent.

• Contribute to the design, build, deployment, and optimization of AI/GenAI/Agentic AI solutions for customers as well as internal TCS AI and Data business platforms.
• Design, train, and optimize machine learning models for classification, regression, NLP, or computer vision tasks.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented Python code for data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
• Work with large datasets: clean, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (data engineers, researchers, and product managers) to integrate AI/ML solutions into applications and workflows.
• Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and present findings with clear metrics and visualizations.
• Stay updated on emerging AI/ML and Agentic AI research and contribute innovative ideas to improve products and processes.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Math, or related field.
• Strong Python programming skills (experience with libraries such as Num Py, Pandas, scikit‑learn, Tensor Flow, or PyTorch).
• Academic or internship experience in machine learning, AI, or data‑driven projects.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and machine learning concepts.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and Jupyter/VS Code workflows.
