Directed by Theron Solutions, this role focuses on leading the implementation of SAP S/4

HANA Public Cloud Finance modules, configuring and customizing finance processes, collaborating with stakeholders for requirement gathering, and ensuring alignment with best practices across the organization.

• Lead finance module implementation in S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud.
• Configure and customize finance processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Configure and implement SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance modules (FI/CO) in the Public Cloud environment.
• Perform system, integration, and user acceptance testing and provide post‑go‑live support.
• Provide guidance on best practices for finance processes in S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other modules.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for custom developments.
• Deliver end‑user training and post‑go‑live support.
• Identify deltas between standard SAP and business needs, recommending suitable process adaptations or extensibility options.
• Align closely with offshore functional consultants and technical teams to ensure continuity in solution delivery.
• Drive cross‑functional integration, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

• 8–10 years of experience in SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance (Public Cloud) implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of FI/CO modules and financial processes.
• Hands‑on experience configuring SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance (FI/CO).
• Experience with SAP Fiori apps and finance analytics.
• Expertise in Public Cloud deployment and SAP Best Practices.
• Familiarity with CBC settings and system deployment life cycles (Starter System/DEV/QA).
• Architect process flows leveraging SAP Best Practices for Finance, Controlling, and R2R.
• Validate scope, storyboard‑based load point estimations, and ensure requirement traceability.
• Explore phase ownership responsibilities.
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills; ability to manage timelines and deliverables.
• Experience with process adaptations, extensibility options, and integration with other modules.
