We are looking for a results-driven Senior Applications Analyst – SAP FI/CO to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the implementation, support, and optimization of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and end-users to deliver high-impact SAP solutions that enhance financial operations and drive business efficiency.

Hybrid Position in Edison, NJ (4 days a week onsite)

• Lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Design and implement financial processes aligned with business requirements.

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements related to SAP FI/CO.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for SAP configuration and development.

• Configure SAP FI/CO modules to meet business needs, following best practices and industry standards.
• Develop custom solutions to address specific challenges within the FI/CO landscape.

• Continuously assess and improve existing SAP configurations for performance and efficiency.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to support evolving business needs.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, processes, and customizations.
• Create user guides and training materials for end-users.

• Deliver training sessions to end-users and stakeholders on SAP FI/CO functionality.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure effective system usage.

• Develop and execute test plans to validate SAP FI/CO functionality.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful testing and deployment.

• Engage with stakeholders to align SAP solutions with organizational goals.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on SAP FI/CO, preferably in a senior role.
• Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO modules including G/L, A/P, A/R, Treasury, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working in fast-paced, lean environments with multiple concurrent projects.

• SAP FI/CO certification.
• Experience with SAP Apparel and Footwear Solution.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4
  
  HANA.

Salary range: $150k
