Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Analyze business needs, define system goals, and optimize enterprise processes using MS Visio, MS Project, and Microsoft Office tools. Lead system analysis, workflow design, and documentation for HR and enterprise applications, including Workday integrations. Gather requirements, streamline HR functions, and implement automated solutions using SQL, Python, and C++. Oversee SaaS/product implementation lifecycle; coordinate cross-functional teams via JIRA and Confluence. Perform data mapping, reporting, and visualization using TABLEAU, Gephi, VOS Viewer, and Excel SOLVER.

Travel to various unanticipated client locations within New York-Newark-Jersey City, NY-NJ-PA metropolitan area located in the USA for 2 to 3 days for every 3 months to check implementation of the applications.

• Requires master’s degree in computers / engineering management / Electronics/ Electrical/ related field.
• In lieu of a master’s degree, we will accept a bachelor’s degree in computer science / engineering management / Electronics / Electrical / related field, followed by at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the specialty or a related field.
