What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Engage with business users to elicit comprehensive requirements for dashboard features and data representation

Accurately document business needs, detailing data sources and key metrics for Google Looker

Collaborate with data analysts to convert business needs into precise technical specifications

Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders for validation and sign-off

Oversee the dashboard migration project from start to finish, ensuring quality benchmarks are met

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5+ years of IT experience

Minimum of 2 years as a Business Analyst with a strong portfolio in dashboard development

Recent experience with Google Looker and familiarity with other BI tools (OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large data sets

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in the healthcare sector and knowledge of data compliance regulations

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms
