Job Summary:

Choice Home Warranty is the fastest growing home warranty company consistently earning placement on the Inc. 5000 list for the last seven years. The Sr. Operations Data Analyst will be responsible for overseeing KPI Reporting for the Executive Team and optimizing programs through data mining to ensure operational efficiency and cost KPIs are met.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, Build, and Analyze Reports!

• Develop and present learnings from data analysis, including actionable insights and recommendations

• Assist in development of operational measurements & strategies

• Create weekly and monthly dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign performance reports

• Monitor and analyze vendor efficiency and success, with a focus on the category and competition

• Provide in-depth data analysis that reflects process activity

• Lead data-driven collaboration with various operational teams for strategies and tactics.

• Execute added value opportunities

• Run weekly reports: ad hoc spending reports, performance reports & attribution reports

• Partner with Operations Executive Team to exceed company Goals.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Prior Experience as Data Analyst/ Operation Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business with an Analytics focus

• Proficiency & Advance skill level working in Excel & Power Point

• Ability to strategically plan and prioritize efforts

Preferred:

• experience using SQL as well as data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
