Human Resources Business Partner | Wakefern Food Corp.

Wakefern Food Corp. seeks a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner to spearhead AI initiatives across corporate and retail operations. This pivotal role transforms customer experience, enhances supply chain efficiency, and drives data‑informed decision‑making through cutting‑edge AI technologies.

• Develop and execute an AI adoption roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous learning around AI technologies.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify high‑impact use cases and opportunities.
• Identify and develop talent to meet the organization’s future needs.
• Oversee a team partnering with key stakeholders to optimize and automate processes across the organization.
• Partner with WFC Tech to facilitate solutions and implementation across the business.
• Oversee deployment of AI solutions in inventory management, demand forecasting, pricing optimization, data analytics, and customer loyalty.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with AI technology vendors and consultants.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and tools relevant to retail and grocery.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to ensure AI applications comply with data privacy regulations and Wakefern Code of Ethics.
• Lead company‑driven AI initiatives and challenge the status quo to advance AI initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business (preferred). Relevant business experience will be considered.
• 3 years of experience in retail, grocery, or consumer goods industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proven track record of delivering AI solutions that drive business strategy.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration and external customer engagement.
• Knowledge or understanding of AI systems including Google Gemini, Microsoft Co‑Pilot, or relevant applications.

• Availability to work a varied, flexible schedule to meet business demands.
• Ability to monitor computer screens for long periods of time.
• Able to occasionally travel and be available after hours in response to business needs.
• Ability to adhere to the company’s work schedule with a minimum of 4 days on‑site.
