Domain:
Consumer Lending (Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans)

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Deliver technical support and domain expertise across consumer lending products.
• Work with Velocity (Loan Director) to manage and optimize lending workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and process alignment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in lending applications.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations and operational procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in consumer lending (credit cards, personal loans, auto loans).
• Hands-on proficiency with Velocity (Loan Director). Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

TRAVEL: Occasionally to NYC

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
• Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling. Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, both in person and via remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing).
• Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus. This includes prolonged periods of looking at a computer screen.
