Job Description
Service Now Technical Lead
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills- 8-14 years of hands‑on development experience on the Service Now platform.
- 3+ years of experience specifically with Sec Ops (SIR, VR) and IRM/GRC module implementation.
- Configure and customize Service Now Vulnerability Response (VR) to manage vulnerability identification, prioritization, remediation, and reporting.
- Build and configure Service Now Information Risk Management (IRM) applications such as Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, and Vendor Risk.
- Strong understanding of IRM/GRC processes (policy lifecycle, control testing, risk assessments, audit workflows, vendor risk assessments).
- Hands‑on experience with Service Now Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Scoped Applications.
- Configure MID Servers, data sources, and API connections.
- Create custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for vulnerability KPIs and trends.
- Strong understanding of Service Now CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM processes.
- Experience integrating with vulnerability scanners (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Prisma Cloud, etc.).
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP integrations.
- Knowledge in other Service Now modules in addition to the above is highly desirable.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Configure and customize Service Now Sec Ops (SIR, VR) module to manage security incidents, vulnerability identification, prioritization, remediation, and reporting.
- Build and configure Service Now IRM applications such as Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, and Vendor Risk.
- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer flows to support IRM and Sec Ops processes.
- Configure MID Servers, data sources, API connections, and integrate third‑party tools/applications.
- Work closely with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Create custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for vulnerability KPIs and trends.
Salary Range: $90,000–$130,000 per year
