Key Responsibilities- Engage hiring managers, procurement teams, and technical leaders to understand talent and project requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for account development and client satisfaction.
- Provide consultative guidance on workforce planning and IT delivery strategies.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure alignment on skill sets, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Participate in candidate screening, shortlisting, and client submission processes.
- Support onboarding, project start coordination, and issue resolution for placed resources.
- Monitor market trends in IT roles, cloud technologies, digital skills, and industry demands.
- Identify high‑growth skill areas and emerging technologies for talent pipeline development.
- Share insights with internal teams to evolve service offerings and sales messaging.
- Maintain accurate pipeline information and forecasts within CRM platforms.
- Track KPIs such as closures, submittals, client calls, and revenue growth.
- Provide weekly status updates to leadership and participate in sales reviews.
- Work closely with recruiting, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Support the creation of capability decks, case studies, and client presentations.
- Participate in RFP/RFI responses and pricing discussions.
- 5–8 years of experience in IT staffing or IT solutions sales.
- Strong network with hiring managers, procurement teams, and technology leaders.
- Track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Familiarity with cloud, data, digital transformation, and enterprise IT roles.
