IT Business Analyst supporting biotech/biopharma operations within Novo Nordisk, acting as liaison between business units and IT to deliver process improvements and technical solutions.
Responsibilities:- analyze business needs

- guide project execution
- oversee vendor performance
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Admin or related;
- minimum 6 years' experience in IT systems analysis or related fields;
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- project leadership experience;
- GxP knowledge preferred.
- supports biotech-related business processes, with emphasis on digitalization, process modeling, and risk management
- experience with pharma/biotech GxP environments preferred
