Seeking a high-performing Program Manager with proven experience leading large-scale, multi-workstream programs across Data & Analytics initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Solid understanding of Data & Analytics
, including Data Engineering, Data Governance, Cloud Data Platforms, BI & Reporting, and AI/ML initiatives. - Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior business and technology leaders.
- Experience managing global delivery teams and driving execution across onshore/offshore operating models
. - Proven ability to manage program governance, dependencies, risks, budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and executive reporting capabilities.
- Experience working in consulting or large enterprise environments is preferred.
Ideal Background:
- 10+ years of project/program management experience.
- Delivered data modernization, cloud migration, analytics, or digital transformation programs.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Architects, Analysts, Governance teams, and business stakeholders.
