Are you a licensed Life Insurance Agent who wants more flexibility, better support, and room to advance your career in Life Insurance? L'Attitude is partnering with a respected national insurance organization to bring on motivated Licensed Life Insurance Agents who want to build long-term success in a hybrid role in Newark, NJ.
Primary Responsibilities As A Licensed Life Insurance Agent:- Contact and follow up with company-provided leads
- Schedule and conduct needs-based consultations with prospective clients
- Help clients understand their coverage options in simple, clear terms
- Submit applications and assist clients throughout underwriting
- Keep accurate records of interactions and next steps in the CRM
- Stay informed on product updates and state insurance regulations
- Provide ongoing customer service, including policy reviews
- Active Life Insurance Producer License (state of residence)
- Prior experience in Life Insurance or Sales is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized while working independently
- Computer, phone, and dependable internet access
- Background in life or health insurance, sales, or customer service
- Familiarity with virtual selling or digital meeting tools
- Additional language skills
