In-House Attorney - Corporate Counsel; Litigation

Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to join our legal team at Epic Healthcare. Based in Madison, WI, the role requires relocation and offers financial relocation assistance.

As a trial attorney, you’ll help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings in an exciting and rapidly changing industry. You will manage litigation and regulatory matters and counsel Epic on its approach to an evolving competitive landscape. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and grow rapidly.

• Draft motions and briefs, conduct oral arguments, lead settlement negotiations, and try cases.
• Manage competition and regulatory litigation.

• 3–7 years of experience in litigation (motions, briefs, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, trial).
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Attention to detail, creative thinking, excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area required (fully reimbursed).
• COVID‑19 vaccination (if required).
