Base Pay Range

$60,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our Edison office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and is passionate about helping accident victims navigate the complexities of their claims. You will be an essential part of our legal team, managing case files, preparing pleadings, conducting legal research, and communicating with clients and insurance companies.

• Manage and maintain a high-volume caseload of personal injury claims from inception through resolution.
• Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, discovery requests, subpoenas, and settlement demand letters.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, medical providers, and insurance adjusters to gather information and update case status.
• Organize and review medical records, bills, and other case evidence.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including assembling exhibits and trial notebooks.
• Monitor case deadlines and maintain calendaring systems to ensure timely filings.

• Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience specifically in personal injury law.
• Exceptional organizational skills with superb attention to detail.
• Proficient in legal research and document management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• NJ paralegal certification preferred but not required.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and case management.

The base salary for this position is between $60,000 – $90,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
