Base Pay Range

$150,000 - $180,000 per year

We are a personal‑injury law firm serving clients who have been injured in accidents or due to negligence. We handle a wide range of cases, including car accidents, truck accidents, slip‑and‑falls, premises liability, wrongful death, pedestrian accidents and other forms of injury.

We are seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Attorney with a minimum of 5 years’ experience to join our dynamic team.

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases and provide expert legal advice to clients throughout the legal process.
• Conduct thorough case investigations to determine the merit of personal injury cases.
• Draft and file all necessary legal documents on behalf of clients.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to resolve cases quickly and favorably.
• Represent clients in court during trials and hearings, presenting evidence and arguments to achieve the best possible outcome.
• Conduct depositions of medical experts, other experts, and other parties.
• Mediate conflict resolutions between parties, aiming to reach agreements that satisfy all parties involved.
• Continually update clients on case progress and legal proceedings.
• Stay updated on developments and changes in personal injury law to provide accurate legal advice.

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Current license to practice law in the state.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in personal injury law.
• Proven track record of successful personal injury case management from initiation to completion.
• Proficient in conducting depositions and representing clients in court.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to resolve cases favorably.
• Strong legal writing skills with the ability to draft clear, concise, and effective legal documents.
• Experience in mediation and conflict resolution.
