As a key member of the litigation team, you will handle a wide array of commercial disputes involving businesses of all sizes. Your expertise will be vital in managing cases from inception through trial and appeal, ensuring that clients receive top-tier advocacy tailored to their unique challenges. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage in litigation involving contracts, business torts, shareholder disputes, and other complex commercial matters.

• Represent and advise corporations, partnerships, and individuals in commercial disputes.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.
• Counsel clients on risk management and dispute resolution strategies to protect business interests.
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Stay current with developments in commercial litigation law and best practices.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation, preferably with exposure to complex business disputes.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
• A proactive, business‑minded approach to legal problem‑solving.

The base salary for this position is between $120,000 – $150,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
