Job Title: Vice President, Sales Engineering

Job DutiesIdentify business opportunities within the client organizations and develop plans to meet financial and organizational goals and monitor the implementation. Define solutions for business opportunities relevant to the customer’s initiatives, pain points and business / technological goals. Negotiations of proposal financials with clients and managing commercial, service delivery and compliance contracting terms. Co‑ordinate and manage the expectations and relationships with the stakeholders of different internal teams and external stakeholders of the strategic accounts.
Collaborate with the delivery management, Sales Team, Finance/ Legal Team, and organization leadership to resolve escalations. Bring unresolved issues with the client, understand stakeholder views, and resolve the issues. Establish agreed upon baselines for the Size, Schedule and Cost for the project and plan and manage the resources needed for the project at appropriate time. Implementation of project management methodologies – Waterfall, Agile Scrum and Kanban.
Formulate and manage change management process and communicate changes in schedule to protect stakeholders and manage their expectations. Manage and lead the delivery teams through client environments and aligns their conduct and activities to promote Xoriant’s business interests. People management and delivery management responsibilities such as talent acquisition, team building, coaching and mentoring, resource planning and management.
Require Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Global Management, Project Management or related field. Require two (2) years of experience as Vice President, Manager, Senior Sales Director, Senior Account Manager, or related using Sales Management, Service Delivery Management. Require travel/relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
SalaryThe base pay range for this role is between $ to $ annually, and your base pay will depend on your qualifications, experience and location.
