Vice President of Operations – Light Industrial Staffing

We’re seeking a seasoned VP of Operations to lead and optimize our NJ-based light industrial staffing operations. As a key member of the executive team, you’ll ensure our workforce solutions run seamlessly, scale strategically, and deliver exceptional value to clients and associates alike.
What You’ll Do- Shape operational strategies that fuel growth in staffing and workforce management
- Lead and mentor high-performing teams across recruiting, onboarding, and client service functions
- Streamline processes to boost efficiency, compliance, and service delivery
- Partner with Finance, HR, and Sales to align priorities and achieve KPIs
- Champion safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all operations
- 10+ years of progressive operations leadership, with VP-level or senior staffing experience
- Proven success in scaling light industrial or high-volume staffing operations
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and execution skills
- Expertise in process improvement
- Experience managing budgets, P&L, and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive salary budgeted in $150k range + performance bonus
