We are looking for an experienced Project executive to join a well established general contractor, established for nearly 30+ years now. They work on projects in excess of $100m across commercial and institutional clients, giving them good stability to different market conditions.

They have a healthy pipeline at the moment with new projects across Greater Philadelphia and New Jersey.

Below is a non-exhaustive list of the key role responsibilities is detailed below;

• A sustained work program that meets the overall strategic and growth goals for the company.
• Successful projects under PX direction will meet project specific goals established during early planning stages. Meet or exceed profit goals for each project.
• Satisfied Client and Complimentary Service Providers, with strong testimonial and reference.
• Repeat customers that turn into Platinum Clients.
• High functioning project teams:
  They understand their goals and roles and work together effectively and efficiently.
• Develop employees that have the experience and job knowledge to advance in their careers.
• Has direct authority over project teams in their work program and is the arbiter on critical decisions on means and methods. Utilizes appropriate judgment in seeking counsel from Vice President of Production or other in Senior Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of twenty years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and engineering principles and techniques, as well as accounting principles.
• Ability to discover new business opportunities.
• Must have knowledge of regional market and sales/closing skills.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities.
• Must have advanced presentation skills.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Competent in PC-based scheduling and spreadsheet applications (i.e Procore, Timber scan, Excel, Word, P6 etc.)
