• Create lump sum or unit price components and corresponding specifications for each trade.
• Negotiate and finalize business unit or bid area contract prices with trade partners.
• Evaluate available trade partner pool.
• Update contracts and changes to lump sum or unit price components.
• Receive and evaluate vendor bid proposals.
• Act as point of contact for community support issues related to purchasing.
• Update non‑price components of business unit contracts, such as terms and conditions.
• Perform monthly community budget analysis.
• Help manage and maintain scopes of work.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of purchasing procurement experience in the construction industry.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Hourly rate $36.06 – $38.47 with eligibility for bonuses.
