• Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets.
• Set specific marketing goals.
• Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic.
• Analyze sales and marketing metrics.
• Forecast market trends.
• Research the market to identify new opportunities.
• Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products.
• Address advertising needs.
• Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels.
• Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
• Liaise with internal teams and ensure brand consistency.
• Establish a strong, long‑term web presence.
• Excellent knowledge of marketing fundamentals.
• Good leadership, team player, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with and manage external partners.
• Develop strategic communications to align with marketing objectives.
• Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
• Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or equivalent. Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience (or 7–9 years if no degree).
• Strong grammar skills.
• Proven ability to understand business issues.
• Excellent communicator, with strong written and verbal skills.
• Independent self‑starter with a sense of urgency.
• Strong multi‑project management skills.
• Customer‑focused with a passion for customer service.
• Experience evaluating and assessing internal/external client and market needs, transforming them into actionable marketing plans.
• Proficient computer skills:
  Microsoft Office, Google Suite.

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business.
• Prior healthcare experience.

Minimum rate of $95,555.20 annually. HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The posted rate is a reasonable good faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this role.
