Associate Director, US NPBD, Cardiovascular

Role:
Associate Director, US New Product Business Development for Cardiovascular at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, focusing on the US launch of Milvexian for AFib and stroke prevention.

• develop integrated consumer marketing strategies, including brand positioning, messaging, and omnichannel campaigns
• lead digital and patient engagement initiatives
• collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, legal, regulatory, insights, analytics, market access, agencies) to ensure seamless execution
• translate research and market intelligence into actionable plans
• support patient advocacy and launch readiness efforts.

• BA/BS (MBA preferred)
• minimum 7 years in pharma/healthcare marketing, sales, or market access
• proven success in strategic marketing, cross-functional leadership, project management, and communication
• experience with data-driven and AI-enabled tools preferred.

• cardiovascular experience
• consumer and HCP marketing background
• experience with product launches or indication expansion
• leadership experience managing agencies and teams.

• focus on cardiovascular therapeutics, indication expansion, consumer marketing, and digital omnichannel strategies
• applicable to pre-market or early launch phases.

Location:

Titusville, NJ, with up to 20% travel.
