We are currently seeking Chinese-speaking nursing staff (fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Taiwanese) to join our caring team and help us enhance communication and comfort for our Chinese-speaking residents.

As a Chinese-Speaking Nurse
, you will provide high-quality clinical and personal care to residents while fostering meaningful connections through culturally sensitive communication. You will play a vital role in supporting our residents’ physical, emotional, and cultural needs.

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Provide quality nursing care in accordance with facility standards and resident care plans.
• Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking residents and families to ensure comfort and understanding.
• Monitor, record, and report changes in residents’ health status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
• Support residents’ emotional well-being through compassionate interaction and cultural awareness.

• Valid NJ nursing license (RN/LPN) or CNA certification.
• Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Taiwanese (required).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine compassion and respect for elderly residents.
• Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred.
