Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at our nursing home facility. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

• Assess and monitor residents' health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and changes in status
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Coordinate and oversee resident care, including delegating tasks to nursing assistants and monitoring their performance
• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
• Educate residents about their health conditions and promote preventive care practices
• Communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of New Jersey
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care setting
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of the principles of geriatric nursing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• CPR certification
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
