The Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) utilizes a patient-centered coordinated care model, demonstrating competencies in leadership, direct clinical practice, consultation/collaboration, coaching/guiding, research, and ethical decision-making. The APN works collaboratively with the practice/hospital team to assess, plan, and implement care for individuals with health and safety needs. Preference for a Nurse Practitioner 2 years experience with observation, ED experience House/Hospitalist, critical care.
24 hrs a week - 13 hrs shift 7a-8:30 pm , at least one weekend day a month and one major holiday in a yar .
