• Associate’s Degree in Nursing
• Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of New Jersey
• Current Infection Preventionist Certification required
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a long‑term care or skilled nursing facility in an infection preventionist role
• Provide patient care aligned with nursing theory, evidence‑based practice, and clinical protocols
• Assess and respond to changes in patient condition appropriately and promptly
• Prioritize duties according to patient acuity, care needs, and clinical goals
• Execute physician orders accurately and efficiently
• Educate residents and families, with a focus on infection control and wound care
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
