• Deliver nursing practices according to evidence‑based research, policies, and standards of care, ensuring safe and individualized patient care.
• Communicate with patients, nursing colleagues, and other team members regarding patient status, care, and treatment plans.
• Use advanced bar‑scanning and documentation technologies for safe medication administration.
• Document electronic patient assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations during point‑of‑care.
• Provide patient and family‑centered education to optimize health, wellness, and disease management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary discharge planning to ensure safe transitions and continuity of care.

• New Jersey Nursing license obtained before start date.
• CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• Degree in Nursing (AAS, BS, or MS). New RNs hired without a BSN must obtain a BSN within 3 years as a condition of employment.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs.
• Strong sense of accountability for patient well‑being and caregiver support.
• Exceptional focus on teamwork.
• Dedication to ongoing education and passion for delivering high‑quality care.

Starting at $45.14 per hour.
