Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse with expertise in Angiography. The role requires strong clinical knowledge, hands-on experience in a busy angiography lab, and a patient-centered approach to care. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team in delivering cardiovascular, peripheral vascular, and neurovascular care.
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing angiographic procedures.
- Fully understand and pay close attention to each patient’s needs.
- Work collaboratively with cardiology specialists and clinical teams.
- Ensure continuity in patient care by liaising with other departments.
- Adhere strictly to radiation protection and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records, monitor patient progress, and support best practices in clinical care.
- NMC registration with at least 2 years of angiography lab experience.
- Competency in Phlebotomy, Cannulation, and Intravenous drug administration.
- BLS/ILS certification.
- Strong knowledge of Cardiology, Peripheral Vascular, and Neurovascular diseases and treatments.
- Comprehensive understanding of Radiation protection protocols.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in clinical IT systems.
- Flexible approach to working patterns.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Current NMC registration.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in angiography.
- BLS/ILS certification required.
