Job OverviewThis role focuses on evaluating real estate investment opportunities, conducting detailed financial analysis, and delivering investment recommendations to management.
Responsibilities- Screen real estate investment deals against the company’s investment criteria.
- Evaluate potential land development, hotel, shopping mall, and office building acquisition opportunities by creating complex financial models.
- Compile and perform due diligence.
- Recommend investment by preparing internal investment memorandums.
- Prepare investment presentations for the management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
- 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Analyst.
