Position Summary: Part-time Sales Associate responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service, upholding our Mission and Core Values, generating sales, and supporting store management through merchandising, pricing, and loss prevention.

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer-friendly environment, greeting and acknowledging every customer, and maintaining product knowledge.
• Maintain awareness of all product information, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock; ensure procedures are done promptly.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time by store management.
• Communicate customer requests to management.

• Knowledge of retail computer systems, MS Word and Excel a plus.
• A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be able to lift, move and handle up to 60 pounds frequently to stock merchandise.
• Ability to stand/walk for an extended period of time.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift and climb.
