Overview:
The Sales/Inside Sales role focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers, assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skincare, and nails, and guiding customers through their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides training and values passion and personality.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Clear and concise communication with customers, co-workers and management
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to assist customers
• Ability to read and explain product labels
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.

Working Conditions:

The position requires standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, reaching, or similar activities, and may involve lifting moderately heavy items. Occasional exposure to irritant chemicals may occur.
