As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you are the friendly face that greets and serves our customers. Our CSAs are part of a beloved brand committed to putting people first and making every day brighter.
Responsibilities- Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
- Prepare food items such as breakfast items, build-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas; keep the coffee station clean and organized.
- Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and for age-restricted products.
- Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety by following established policies and guidelines.
- Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
- Enjoys working in a team environment.
Hourly range: $16.00 - $20.00, commensurate with position, experience, and location. A $1.50 shift differential applies for hours worked between 12am - 6am.
