Store Manager – Fashion & Retail

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our fashion retail store. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, customer service, team management, and store operations skills.

Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.

Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets.

Handle customer interactions and ensure excellent customer service.

Drive sales and achieve monthly store targets.

Manage inventory, stock receiving, transfers, and regular stock checks.

Maintain proper visual merchandising and store presentation.

Handle billing, POS operations, cash management, and daily sales reporting.

Coordinate with the head office, vendors, and other departments as required.

Monitor staff attendance, performance, and daily activities.

Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Maintain store discipline, cleanliness, and company standards.

Prepare and share daily/weekly sales and inventory reports.

Previous experience in retail/store management
, preferably in fashion or ethnic wear.

Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Good leadership and team-management abilities.

Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve targets.

Knowledge of inventory and POS systems.

Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience:4–6 years preferred
