Sungevity, a leading private solar technology company, is seeking individuals to join our Outside Sales team. We offer competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

The Role

As a Field Solar Specialist, you will represent Sungevity in local communities, engaging with homeowners to promote solar energy. Your goal is to excite and educate homeowners about solar benefits and generate consultation appointments.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging and qualifying homeowners about solar
• Updating CRM with prospect interactions
• Completing daily recap reports
• Collaborating with Solar Consultants and Specialists

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and persuasively
• Comfort with touch technology (iPad, iPhone, Android)
• Weekend availability
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license if applicable
• Must be 18 or older

Compensation and Benefits

• Full-time employees (20+ hours/week) receive comprehensive benefits including vision, dental, and health insurance
• Hourly wage plus uncapped commission, paid holidays, training, and time off
