Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for technology and building automation systems? Stark Tech is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive profitable growth by promoting and selling high‑value, integrated solutions and technology systems to consulting engineers, contractors, and end‑user customers.
What You’ll Do- Develop new and retrofit project opportunities for our Integration product lines within your territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and customers to influence design and construction decisions.
- Deliver complete technology and system solutions that meet customer objectives, code requirements, and profitability goals.
- Prepare competitive bids, proposals, and cost‑benefit analyses to win new business.
- Conduct impactful sales presentations to engineers, clients, and industry groups.
- Use CRM tools to track progress, manage opportunities, and communicate effectively with internal teams.
- Represent Stark Tech at trade shows, product demos, and professional networking events.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.
- Strong technical and industry knowledge in building systems and integration.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience presenting to technical and executive audiences.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and mentoring others.
