As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in daily decisions that help build dream homes. You will ensure incremental sales beyond community plans, help Sales Consultants meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly goals, and provide on‑site skills development in sales contracting, conversion rate improvement and cancellation reduction.

• Help ensure incremental sales above and beyond the community plan.
• Support Sales Consultants to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly goals.
• Provide on‑site skills development for Sales Consultants in sales contracting, conversion rate improvement and cancellation rate reduction.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of five years of new‑home sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Annual salary: $125,000–$145,000 with eligibility for bonuses. Benefits include:
