Seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive new business, manage pricing negotiations, and renew existing contracts. This role focuses on developing profitable partnerships, ensuring competitive pricing, and maintaining strong client relationships within logistics and supply chain services.

• Identify, engage, and close new 3PL clients through needs assessments and tailored logistics solutions.
• Lead pricing and term negotiations for new and existing customers; collaborate with finance, legal, and operations to structure profitable agreements.
• Review and renegotiate existing contracts to align with market trends, cost changes, and client needs.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships; address concerns and identify upsell opportunities.
• Develop and evaluate competitive pricing models using data‑driven insights to ensure profitability.
• Track contract success, pricing impact, and customer satisfaction; report progress to leadership.

• 5+ years of experience in 3PL, logistics, or supply chain sales and contract negotiation.
• Proven ability to secure new business and manage renewals.
• Strong understanding of 3PL pricing structures and contract law.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and contract management tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
